1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 sm. bag (9 oz.) Hershey kisses

Set aside 1/4 cup sugar for rolling. Mix flour, soda and salt; set aside. Cream butter and peanut butter. Add brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour mixture. Shape in balls and roll in remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 375 degrees on greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, put 1 kiss on each cookie until cookie cracks. Put back in oven for 2 minutes.
