KRISTINA'S LOW FAT CHEESECAKE 
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese (small curd)
1/2 c. cream cheese
6 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 box cheesecake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 can cherry pie filling
1 (9 inch) graham crust

Mix all ingredients (except pie filling) well with an electric mixer. Spread over graham crust. Cover with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 to 5 hours; longer if desired.
