SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed, and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing with herbs
2 lg. chopped onions
6 beaten eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients well and form into ball. Spray pan with Pam before baking. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 5 dozen. Can be frozen. Take out 1/2 hour before cooking.
