FILLED HONEYDEW 
1 med. size honeydew
1 pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
French dressing

Peel whole melon and cut a slice from one end so seeds may be removed. Cut a thin slice from bottom to enable melon to stand. Prepare gelatin following directions on package. Cool gelatin but not until it gels.

Fill melon center. Pour remaining gelatin into pan about 3/4 inch depth. Let set in refrigerator.

When gelatin is firm and ready to serve, cut melon in slices, keeping raspberry center intact. Cut gelatin in pan into cubes and serve along honeydew rings.

Top with French dressing. Other dressing may be used, if preferred.
