PRALINES AND CREAM 
1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 sticks of butter
1/2 c. oats, uncooked old-fashioned
1 c. pecan chips
2 c. plain flour (unbleached)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 jars caramel topping

Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Mix sugar, oats, pecans and flour. Combine with butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until brown. Stir every 5 minutes; cool.

Remove 1/2 the mixture and spread the remaining mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan. Pour on top one jar of caramel topping. Spread on softened ice cream. Pour second jar of caramel syrup. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and put in freezer. Yummy!
