1 head lettuce, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
5 green onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
1-2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
chips

Layer lettuce, peas, green onions and water chestnuts in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Spread over top of salad. Seal and cool. Just before serving, add chopped eggs and crumbled bacon to top of salad. Cover with chips of your choice.
