SPICED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 lb. (4 c.) pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir carefully to coat pecans.

In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to pecans and stir until pecans are covered with sugar mixture. Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Turn out onto brown paper bag to cool. Break apart and store in covered jar.
