COFFEE 'N SPICE PECANS 
3 c. pecans halves
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1/4 c. water

Toast pecans in 250 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove before browned. Combine other ingredients in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. Add pecans to mixture. Stir constantly but gently. Bring to a boil and stir for 3 minutes. Cool on wax paper separating nuts.
