TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) jar chow mein noodles (or 1 can)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 can chunk style tuna (1 c.)
1/4 lb. cashew nuts, salted or unsalted
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onions
Dash pepper
Salt

Heat oven to 325 degrees; set aside 1/2 cup noodles. In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine remaining 7 ingredients with noodles. Add salt if nuts are unsalted. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top. Bake 40 minutes. Yield: 5 servings.
