HOMEMADE HAMBURGER HELPER | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 green bell pepper 2 med. tomatoes 1 med. onion 1 c. water 2 tsp. soy sauce Salt to taste Garlic to taste Brown ground beef in large skillet with lid. Drain. Slice green pepper, tomatoes and onions into thin wedges. Add green pepper and onion to ground beef. Stir and cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, soy sauce, salt, garlic and water; stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
