EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt chocolate on top of double boiler. Combine cream cheese with milk and gradually add sugar and salt. Stir in melted chocolate and beat until smooth. Makes 2 cups frosting.
