POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 box instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together and beat 4 minutes. Pour the batter into bread loaf pans. Fill 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 50 minutes.
