EASY POPPY-SEED BREAD 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together, except the poppy seeds. Beat for 4 minutes. Put seeds in and mix well. Bake in 3 small or 2 large loaf pans. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. This freezes and keeps well.
