1 white cake mix
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 pkg. instant lemon, coconut, or vanilla pudding
1 c. hot water

Beat 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes in a greased and floured pan. Makes 2 loaves.
