SALISBURY STEAKS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients, except soup. Form mixture into six patties. Roll in flour; brown in fat. Place in baking dish. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
