FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour
2 sticks butter or 1/2 lb.
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put milk and flour in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until thick with wire whisk. Put in a glass dish to cool. Cover. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla mixture together. Then add the flour mixture to it. Beat until fluffy. Optional: May add a favorite food color.
