FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour

Bring to boil over low heat until thick. Stir constantly. Let cool. Cream together:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Add flour mixture to creamed mixture 1 tablespoon at a time and beat TEN minutes.
