HONEY GLAZED ONIONS 
12 med. onions (Vidalia if available)
1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
Salt
1/2 c. honey
Butter

Parboil onions for 5-7 minutes. Remove onions from water and place in a buttered 9 x 12 inch casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pour tomato juice over. Pour honey evenly over each onion, dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-10.
