EASY BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk

Measure dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add oil and milk. Stir only until mixture is combined. Pour out onto lightly floured surface and knead 6 to 8 turns. Roll out to about an 8" to 10" circle. Cut with biscuit cutter and place in small pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Makes about 8. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
