1 box butter cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
3 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. nuts

Combine and beat until blended, then beat 4 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:

1 tall can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix all together and frost cake.
