EASY AND LIGHT PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
Cake: 1 yellow cake mix 1 1/4 c. water 1/3 c. oil 3 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges (use juice to make the 1 1/4 c. water above) Mix and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Topping: 12. oz. Cool Whip 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 pkg. Vanilla pudding mix Fold ingredients together and use to frost cooled cake. Keep chilled. |
