SOUTH OF THE BORDER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
8-10 frozen tortillas

Brown ground beef, onion and chilies. Drain. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Heat mixture. Put 4 to 6 tortillas in dish. Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture. Add rest of tortillas over meat mixture. Cover with remaining meat mixture. Mix soup and milk together. Put on top of meat mixture. Heat in 350 degree oven. Add cheese and heat until melted. Very easy and good.
