TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1-2 pkgs. tater tots
1 can Cheddar cheese soup (hot)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 sm. can chopped chilies
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Mix in bowl Cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, chilies and mushrooms.

Spread tater tots in 9x13 pan. Mix together hamburger mixture and soup mixture. Pour over tater tots. Bake 400 degrees until bubbly.
