ROUND STEAK AND POTATOES 
2 lbs. round steak, 1 inch thick
1 med. sliced onion
2 med. size raw potatoes, cut 1 1/2 inch thick
1 med. size can of tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Season steak with salt and pepper, put in bottom of pan. Add layer of onions and layer of potatoes. Warm tomatoes with salt and sugar. Pour over other ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Increase heat and brown.
