SALAMI APPETIZER 
1 lb. German Salami, sliced thin
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. jar olives
2 pkg. light rye party bread

STEP 1: Mix olive juice with cream cheese to spreadable consistency.

STEP 2: Place slice of salami in your hand and spread a little of the cream cheese on it, turn it over onto a flat dish. Do this with each slice of salami.

STEP 3: You will end up with a nice mound. Frost with rest of the cream cheese mixture.

STEP 4: Garnish with olives if desired. Refrigerate overnight.

STEP 5: Mound of salami should be cut from top to bottom and spread on bread.
