STRAWBERRY SHORTCUT CAKE 
1 c. mini marshmallows
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 box Pillsbury Plus strawberry cake mix
3 eggs (for cake mix)
1/3 c. oil (for cake mix)
1 c. water (for cake mix)
1 pt. fresh strawberries for garnish

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of pan. In bowl combine thawed strawberries and Jello. Set aside. In large bowl prepare cake mix per instructions on box. Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon strawberry mixture over batter. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool Completely. Invert on platter or cake dish and frost with Cool Whip. Trim with fresh sliced strawberries.
