QUICK LASAGNE | |
1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef 1 heaping tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped green onions 1 c. shredded Mozzarella or sharp cheese Cook noodles, drain. Brown meat. Add salt, pepper, garlic and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles in a large mixing bowl. Alternate layers of noodles and meat in 2 quart sprayed casserole. Start with noodle layer; end with meat layer (4 layers in all). Sprinkle cheese. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 4 or 5 large servings. |
