QUICK LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. lasagne
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
3/4 lb. Ricatta or Cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagne as directed. Brown beef in skillet, add sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Grease a 7 x 10 inch baking dish. Cover bottom thinly with a few spoons of sauce, add a layer of lasagne, then top with mozzarella and Ricatta cheese, more sauce, repeat layers ending with sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until topping melts and browns. Serves 4.
