FROZEN FRUIT CUP 
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained and cubed
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained and cubed
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 ripe bananas, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, mashed
3/4 c. Sugar Twin
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed and NOT diluted
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice or use juice drained from fruit

Purchase cans of fruit which have no added sugar. If you cannot find unsweetened fruit, run cold water over the fruit to wash off the sugar.

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or into 5 ounce paper cups filling 2/3 full. Freeze. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Be sure to put the paper cups into muffin pans if you use them. Or use little serving dishes.
