2 c. thick applesauce
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 bottle (7 oz.) lemon lime beverage (7-Up)

Heat applesauce to boil. Dissolve Jello in hot applesauce and add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
