CHICKEN MCNUGGETS 
BATTER:

1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. water

Dice chicken or game meat in bite size pieces.

Mix batter, mixing the baking soda and vinegar first. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drop chicken into batter, then into deep fryer until golden brown.
