CHICKEN CRISP WITH SESAME SEED 
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sesame seed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. fryer
1/2 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs, milk and soy sauce. Combine flour, sesame seeds, baking soda, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake with dry mixture in plastic bag.

Place skin side up, not touching, in large baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake in preheated oven until brown and crisp, about 1 hour.
