ROUND STEAK FIESTAS 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
3 lg. onions
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fat

Cut round steak in serving pieces. Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in 1/4 cup fat. Add onions sliced, chili sauce and water. Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Place meat in center of warmed platter. Add 2 cups cooked macaroni to pan gravy. Stir until macaroni is heated through, then arrange around steak.
