GRANDMA'S CRABMEAT DIP 
Our family uses soy all the time and love the results!

1 pkg. crab meat (frozen)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (I use soy)
1 bottle cocktail sauce
1 lemon or lime
a pinch of salt and pepper

De-thaw crab meat. Put crab in bowl with cream cheese. Take the bottle of cocktail sauce, the juice from the lemon (I'd say about a tablespoon) and salt and pepper. Mix together, pour over cream cheese. That's it!
