12 graham crackers, crumbled
3 tbsp. butter
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c., 2 tsp., 2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 inch or 10 inch springform pan

Crust: Crumble graham crackers. Add 3 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Form crust in bottom of 10 or 8 inch springform pan. Bake crust at 300 degrees for 8 minutes.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat above ingredients with electric beater until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (or slightly longer). Will be done when firm.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix above and spread over cheesecake. Bake at 475 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool 2 hours before serving.
