1 lg. Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. black walnuts
1 c. sm. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
1 box either lime or orange Jello

Mix all ingredients with spoon except Jello. Then stir in Jello. Chill.
