RHUBARB DREAM DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. powdered sugar

Press into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

4 beaten eggs
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped rhubarb

Spoon onto crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
