RHUBARB JELLO DESSERT 
5 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water

Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer for 20 minutes with cover on. Take off of stove and add 1 large package of either strawberry or raspberry Jello. Stir until dissolved and put in mold or bowl to set. Refrigerate.
