HEARTY HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 c. minced onion
1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in 2 quart buttered casserole, mixing well with remaining ingredients. Top with potato chip crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
