1 lb. ground beef 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. chopped onions Cook and stir meat in skillet. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, flour, salt, pepper and parsley. Heat to boiling point. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased baking pan (oblong) and sprinkle cheese on top. Beat eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with onions. Bake in 425 degree oven about 25-30 minutes or until fluffy and golden brown. |
