HONEY-BAKED BANANAS 
4 firm ripe bananas, peeled & cut in half crosswise
2 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Brush bananas with butter; place in a shallow baking dish; combine honey and orange juice; mix well and pour over bananas; sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
