NO - BAKE - BANANA - SPLIT -
CAKE
 
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip
4 bananas
Maraschino cherries
Pecans

1st Layer: 1 stick butter melted, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not pack.

2nd Layer: Beat 1 stick butter room temperature, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar and 2 egg yolks, until creamy. Add 2 previously beaten egg whites and beat another 8-10 minutes until very smooth. Spread on top of 1st layer. Sprinkle with 1 large can crushed pineapple that have been extra well drained.

On top of pineapple slice 4 bananas. Cover with 1 large Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Best if let set at least 2 hours before serving. You can also use maraschino cherries.
