GROUND BEEF & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each salt & thyme
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up & undrained
3/4 c. elbow macaroni
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Brown beef and drain. Add spices and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
