GREAT CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
2 to 3 lbs. or more frying chicken (skinless)
6 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Water enough to cover
Chicken

Place chicken in 5 quart pot cover with water. Add ingredients on the left. Cook until chicken is almost done. Place dumplings on the chicken mix. Cook 15 to 20 minutes without checking!!
