HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 med. pork chops, thick
6 slices pineapple
6 slices onion
1/4 c. barbeque or chili sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar
Cooked rice

Place pineapple slices in a baking dish. Place a pork chop on top of each. Place a slice of onion on each chop. Put 2 teaspoons sauce on top of the chop and 1 tablespoon brown sugar on each. Bake covered in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve on a bed of rice.
