I grew up eating this dish, and loved the name stuffed sewer pipes, except my mom omitted the rice & celery & added frozen chopped spinach w/egg and bread crumbs to hold together after baked.the spinach in my child eyes was why they were called sewer pipes, anyhoo grew to love this dish - one of our family's favorites! Surprised to find it in search & just had to comment. Thanks Curtiss Cook
