RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, grated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
