ALMOND CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cubed chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 tsp. chopped onion 1 c. cooked rice 3 boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. almonds, toasted 3 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. diced celery Crackers Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole and top with crushed crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
