RHUBARB BAR | |
1 c. flour 3 tbsp. shortening 1 tsp. baking powder 1 beaten egg 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. milk 3 c. finely cut rhubarb 3 oz. pkg. cherry Jello 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. melted butter Mix 1 cup flour, shortening, baking powder, egg, salt and milk for pie crust. Pat in 8 x 8 inch pan. Add rhubarb and sprinkle Jello on top. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and melted butter for topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
