RHUBARB BARS 
3 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Cook the rhubarb with white sugar, water and 2 tablespoons flour until thick. Add vanilla. Mix the rest of the ingredients (butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, flour and soda) and place half in a 9"x13" pan. Cover with rhubarb mixture. Spread the rest of the oatmeal mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
